The manufacturing facility has been set up in 2 plants with a combined covered area of 2200 sq meter. The entire production process is executed using the best state of the art machines / facilities.
Panel Saw : For Cutting of Partition material (ACP, MDF, Acrylic etc.)
Double Head (Mitre Saw) : CNC machine for accuracies and synchronous cutting both ends of aluminium profile.
3 Axis Milling Machine (Router) : CNC router machine for working on Acrylic, MDF & Aluminium
Fibre Metal Laser : CNC Laser for profile cutting of large format (10’x5’) M.S, S.S and Aluminium Sheet.
Press Brake : A high end synchro press brake for excellent bending angle accuracies in M.S, S.S and Aluminium Sheet.
Laser Engraving and Cutting Machine : CNC machine for Engraving and cutting on Acrylic, Mdf etc.
MIG/TIG/ARC(Welding Machine) : Machine for welding of M.S, S.S. and Aluminium structures.
Heavy Duty Drilling Machines : Heavy duty drilling machines for working on M.S, S.S structures.
Overhead Crane : 3 Axis movement overhead crane for Loading/Unloading of trucks and handling heavy structures on shop floor.
Ezletter CNC Bender Classic : CNC Bender Classic is with full functions for the channel letters fabrication : auto notching, auto flanging, auto bending and auto cutting.
Ezleter Clincher : Clincher is particularly designed for fastening the letter returns and back, using the crimping process, it uses latest technology to connect metals without drilling, spot welding and riveting.
Ezletter Laser Welding Machine : CNC Welding Machine is specially designed to weld Stainless Steel and Galvanised Steel, letters in all forms and shapes.
HP Latex Printer : CNC Printer for high resolution UV printing on various materials like ( Fabric, Self-Adhesive Vinyl, Translite, Canvas, Banners, Synthetics etc.)
Digital Printer : CNC Printer for high resolution printing on Coated Media.
Vinyl Plotter : CNC Plotter for cutting of Vinyl Media.
Pneumatic Riveters : Pneumatic Riveters for fast production supported with compressor and air dryers.
Generator Sets : Power backup in both plants to ensure uninterrupted production.
Powder Coating Plant : Powder coating process line consisting of gas fired ovens and powder paint booths.
Water Wall Paint Booth : Using technology based effective paint booth fitted with cascading water wall to paint on various materials like S.S, M.S, Aluminium, Plastics, Woods etc.
